When AltoCloud's founder Barry O'Sullivan (acquired by Genesys in 2018) vouches for startups, you can't argue with that. After 6 weeks of validating their early-stage tech in the NDRC Pre-Accelerator, 19 startups pitched live at the winter showcase led by Galway hub partner PorterShed, and blew away the sold-out event of tech ecosystem builders. Leading Irish investors from funds including Act Venture Capital, Atlantic Bridge, Elkstone, and Enterprise Ireland joined us in Galway for some founder 1:1s. The showcase crowd got a founder exclusive from serial entrepreneur Barry O'Sullivan, who reiterated how key early-stage partnerships are to develop and nurture, with his acquisition by Genesys proof point.
