The DER SPIEGEL team set out to use audience research to discover which editorial and product features lead to regular and deep engagement. The goal: to be able to prioritize which features should be promoted and explained during onboarding, and incorporated into product design considerations Results: All features are mapped on the usage-preference matrix below using two axes. Smart thinking all around. You and Ariel Zirulnick should talk (and I'm happy to introduce you both by way of this comment). The more we think in terms of the various 'states' audiences are in, and adapt the Product-Led approach in media, the better. This is a step in the right direction (and proof, once again, that you do the most fun stuff with the Audiencers, Madeleine White!)
