Choosing your SDR tech stack isn't about following a perfect formula. It's about understanding what your team truly needs. 🎯 Consider this path: Know your approach > Match tools to strategy 🔍 Set your limits > Budget smart, not big Map connections > Make tools work together 🔄 Pick essentials > Build for real needs Plan the rollout > Think long-term 🌱 Many rush to buy tools before understanding their team's real needs. They end up with expensive solutions to problems they don't have. Remember: The right tool fits your team's way of working, not the other way around. What's been your most important consideration when choosing SDR tools? Read our latest blog here: https://buff.ly/3BDaIZ0

Spinning your wheels at work SDR's? That was me last month. Tons of effort, minimal results. 😤 I knew something had to change. So, I made a few changes that helped me regain focus and hit my target. Here’s how I turned things around in the final week of September: - I revisited the basics. A quick refresher on training gave me a new perspective. I spotted simple mistakes that were easily fixed. - I set my top 3 goals for the day the night before. Each night, I planned my focus for the next day. No room for procrastination. No wasted time, I had a plan and that was it. - I raised my goals. I knew I needed big numbers to hit my target. The team was skeptical, however the tactic worked and I was more motivated than ever. Simplifying my process made all the difference. The one lesson I took from that week was never give up! All it takes is one good day, literally. What’s one small change you’ve made to boost productivity? Drop your tips below! Let’s learn from each other.

SDR teams need to keep trying new things. Last week, I was talking with one of our team leads, Julia Scott, about how to keep our SDR team growing and improving. We realized something important: The SDR role is like one big science experiment! Every day, SDRs should try new things to see what works. For example: ✔️ Did a new way of starting a call get more people to talk? ✔️ Did a different first email line make more people respond? ✔️ Did changing the timing of follow-ups lead to better results? The key is to test ideas, see what happens, and keep learning. Here’s how we keep the team creative: 1️⃣ Celebrate creative thinking, try new ideas without fear. 2️⃣ Use data to track what works and what doesn’t. 3️⃣ Learn from mistakes—they teach us what to do better next time. 4️⃣ Never settle, keep pushing to improve. If SDRs stop trying new things, we stop growing. What’s one new idea your team is trying this week?

I’ve built SDR playbooks before, and here’s what I’ve learned. These are the must-haves I always include: - Ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and personas. I make it crystal clear who SDRs should target. The goal? No wasted time on unqualified leads. - Talk tracks and email templates. I don’t leave reps to “wing it.” They get proven scripts and messaging for calls, emails, and follow-ups. - Qualification frameworks. I outline exactly how to spot a good lead. Whether it’s BANT, or custom criteria, reps never guess. - Resource roadmap. I compile everything—case studies, pitch decks, FAQs. Reps can find what they need in seconds, not hours. Here’s the truth: If reps follow the playbook and still struggle, the problem isn’t them. It’s the playbook. What’s missing from your SDR playbook? Start there. #SDR #enablement
