Following a new Law on non-profit associations (ASBL) LUkraine is being considered a Large ASBL that also obtained an important status of public interest in 2023. Thus, LUkraine’s annual accounts for that year were audited and approved by the General Assembly and filed with the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés. Besides compliance with the regulations, nonprofit financial audits have several benefits, such as promoting accountability and defining steps for improvement. Our organisation greatly values transparency to ensure that our supporters feel confident in our compliance and funds allocations.
