One of the things I like about Anglicare Southern Queensland is their transparency in governance. This is a real challenge. The King's Fund report a powerful reminder. We really do need a logic model to guide, and full appreciation that targets only measure the 'big dots'. #nhsimpact has a starter for 10. However, they are a blunt instrument for change. Meanwhile staff need their own very 'small dots' that have meaning to their practice and guide their improvement efforts. Despite the excellent work on #plotthedot Samantha Riley #skills and #capability to make this real and link up at the front line are still not common place. Repeat audits do not offer insights on how to #makechangehappen

**Statement on Recent Events** Today will go down as one of the darkest days in the history of our college. After closely following a process conducted under the stewardship of the ACN President, Deputy President, and board, I have identified several concerning issues: 1. Procedural Fairness Failures: There were multiple points during the process where procedural fairness was not upheld. 2. Conflicts of Interest: Several conflicts of interest were not declared, compromising the investigation's integrity. 3. Public Humiliation: The process exposed the accused to unnecessary public humiliation. This situation is profoundly troubling and calls for immediate reflection and corrective action. I will, with other ACN fellows and members, have more to say on this over the coming days.
