Empowering European farmers in their transition to regenerative agriculture

Small Gestures Matter Last week, I had an incredible trip to Luxembourg, where we signed a landmark deal that elevates HeavyFinance to a new level of maturity and growth. This milestone is significant for our organization, but what truly fueled our team's motivation was a small yet impactful gesture from EIF CEO, Marjut Falkstedt. Marjut, wearing our company merchandise—FarmBoots featuring the HeavyFinance logo—took the stage during the opening speech of Ugly Duck event and praised our organization and our dedication to sustainable farming not once, but twice, in front of 350 fund managers. For a relatively small organization, this kind of endorsement is invaluable. Small businesses thrive on belief, support, and encouragement. A heartfelt thank you to Marjut and the entire European Investment Fund (EIF) and European Investment Bank (EIB) teams. Small gestures like these make a big difference, just as small farmers play a crucial role in EU agriculture.
