I joined CNBC this week to discuss the signals we are seeing from earnings season, the pipeline for tech IPOs and trends in tech M&A. While there has only been one tech IPO this year, that’s very typical for the January / February time period as companies get their FY financials and 10-Ks on file. I’m still optimistic that we will see an increase in activity in the first half of the year.
