As the use of #AI across government continues to expand, guidance and regulation are critical to protect sensitive data. The House Administration Committee established five guardrails to guide the use of AI in House offices and agencies like the Library of Congress and the Smithsonian Institution. The committee also anticipates applying the guardrails to the acquisition process to ensure responsible purchasing and use. There’s still much to be done to guide AI use across agencies. These guardrails serve as a great example for other federal leaders looking to release AI guidance to secure and protect critical information. https://lnkd.in/d5d9c4bJ
