The company "Kulykivske Moloko" in the devastated Chernihiv region resumed operations thanks to an understanding of the importance of energy efficiency. Energy saving has become the foundation for stable work with perishable raw materials and uninterrupted production. This is an example of a company that received support from the "Promotion of Energy Efficiency and Implementation of the EU Energy Efficiency Directive in Ukraine (FEER)" project which is implemented by GIZ Ukraine on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and co-financed by SECO. After the outbreak of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the project implemented the initiatives "Support to Energy Modernisation of Enterprises in Wartime" and "Power UP!", which have become crucial for the country.
