For the second quarter running, our commercial team asked to share their bonus with our customer success team. 🤯 This is precisely what we always preach when we say "shared success". It's one of our core values. Talk is cheap but I can tell you it feels better than anything when you see your team living these values out in real life. When you put together a team that makes good decisions for the long run - that's powerful. Reinforce your values often. And recognise your team when they align with them!

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱: 𝗔 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗦𝗠 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗥𝘂𝗻 This week, during our Hexagon ALI's annual SKO Meeting in Dublin/Ireland, I had the pleasure of running with some of our Customer Success Team members. Among us were a seasoned triathlete, an iron man, a trail runner, a cyclist, and myself - a self-described “mediocre” runner. We all brought different experiences, strengths, and paces to the run. Yet, we managed to find a rhythm that worked for all of us, and the result was a fantastic run. It made me think: isn't this a lot like customer success? In customer success, just like in running, it's not always about being the fastest or the strongest. What truly makes an impact is consistency—showing up for your customers, keeping a steady pace, and aligning with their unique needs. Our run reminded me that while each of us may approach the track differently, the magic happens when we align. Together, we can go further, no matter the starting point or pace. Consistency is what builds trust, fosters long-term success, and ultimately delivers value. And in the end, that's what customer success is all about—running alongside our customers, stride for stride. #customersuccess
