Today I have the incredible privilege of attending Duke Corporate Education's "Lead With Her" conference, a vibrant platform dedicated to empowering women and shaping inclusive futures. The atmosphere here is buzzing with energy, as a diverse group of leaders and innovators gather to share ideas, challenges, and visions for a world where diversity and inclusion are at the heart of how we lead. 🔑 Key Observations: - The power of diversity in driving innovation and creativity is unmistakable. It's clear that bringing different perspectives to the table leads to better decisions and outcomes. - Leadership is evolving. It's not just about command and control; it's about empowering others, listening deeply, and creating spaces where everyone feels valued and heard. - The conversations around mentorship and building supportive networks are particularly resonant. These are vital tools for navigating and thriving in our careers. 🌱 Growing in Real-Time: Being here, immersed in these discussions, I'm absorbing not just the knowledge shared but also the collective energy and determination to make change. Angelique Stewart, VP Client Support & Global Practice Leader at Sovos, participated in our panel to share her insights and experience working towards & handling leadership positions. 🎙️ During this session, Angelique emphasized that #impostersyndrome is real! That we need to acknowledge and confront the widespread phenomenon where we doubt our abilities, even when we have achieved significant accomplishments. By doing so, we can use that 🗣️ negative voice within ourselves and channel those emotions into #motivation to strive for success and overcome our insecurities.

Women in Leadership at Enzo! 💙   Teaming up with Gemma Malcolm, we are dedicated to building a workspace at Enzo that's not only supportive but also encouraging for young women to take their Careers to the next level.   Gemma's track record of success over her past 7 years in Recruitment allows her to share her skills and expertise with the team, but also shows the other females in the office how to create a Career and progress into a leadership role.
