I've been reflecting on this interesting piece about AI's impact on organizations. It's natural to feel a sense of uncertainty given how rapidly this technology is changing the business landscape. As Diane Gutiw, our VP of Analytics, AI and Machine Learning, says in the article, "The reality is that AI is simply another tool, albeit a powerful one, capable of solving problems previously too complex and costly to complete."   Here are a few highlights that stand out for me:   1. Many board members are worried about how fast AI is changing things at work 2. Sometimes there is a mismatch between expected benefits and current AI capabilities 3. Focusing AI on strategic problem solving is where organizations will find the ROI 4. Having clear rules and guidelines for AI and data is key to getting the most out of it   These realities reflect the importance of thoughtful tech adoption to solve real business problems. I encourage you to read the full article and consider how to balance AI's potential with what it can do today:   https://lnkd.in/etvW4WbJ
