🚨 Persistent CI pipelines 🚨 One of the biggest cons CI providers ever pulled was convincing developers that every pipeline needs to be ephemeral. Persistent environments can deliver 🔟 times faster build times by caching dependencies and resources. With Git flow, where branches aren’t shared across teams, ephemeral workflows for each commit are completely unnecessary and the upside to developer productivity with incremental builds is very high.
