Very cool exercise -- ask ChatGPT, "Based on what you know about me, can you draw a picture of what you think my life looks like?" ChatGPT envisioned me as a man in the images both times, but when I asked for a text response, the results were eerily accurate. 👀 It makes me curious to use this exercise as one small bench mark to check if my daily actions are aligning with my long term vision, goals and values. 💭 If you're curious ➡ "You wake up each morning ready to tackle a mix of professional ambition and personal fulfillment. 17/100 Do you ever feel like you are on the threshold of something? That some invisible force is holding you back? That there is an unholy social doctrine, an unwritten rulebook, a class flavoured mass manipulation of our genuine human condition that has been caked over and baked in under years of microscopic moments beginning with "we don't do that", or "you can't say that", or "that's weird". One time there were messages sent about me in a group chat. The people talking about me didn't realise I was in the group chat. They were analysing my behaviour from their own interactions with me and coming to wild and unfound conclusions about what I was doing, what I was thinking, and ultimately, who I was. They seemed to know me better than I knew myself. Pity it didn't track. There was no shame, only heartbreak. And confusion. To this day I don't know if it was done on purpose or not but either way it reminded me that there was a way to behave and there was a way to not. If you cared about being dissected in a group chat that is. And yet, don't you feel like you are one big giant yawning back bending stretch away from scratching that internal itch? The itch of being who you are? A few days ago I posted about not being special. And I don't mean to say that I think I am now. I like being a regular person. But there is a something unique that is still held back. Something in all of us. I guess it must be held back because its unique. It's a true part, an authentic part. A part that doesn't have any callouses. A part that hasn't learnt how to play a part. A part that must be protected and hidden. Hidden so well that you don't know where you put it. Rejection is a fear worse than death. If you want proof of this then ask yourself what is more worrying: driving down a highway at 100km an hour or sending a confrontational email? One is more dangerous than the other but at least if you die in car crash no one is going to think you're being too sensitive. There are a million people trying a million different ways to communicate true authenticity. I don't want to jump on that bandwagon. I just want to know how to find that part of me that is coiled up like a spring. The inner child I guess. And I want to teach him resilience and strength and how to laugh at the messages in the group chat. It would be nice to see him again.

What is humility? Do we need humility? Is humility important? Humility often gets a bad time of it with regards to how we perceive what humility actually is. Look what ChatGPT has to say about humility. Can you see the link between humility and connection ? What we often find in people who struggle in life and relationships is that they have a lack of humility and swing between feeling less than or above other people. Often their life can be taken up with and lived through how other people see them. They can have an exaggerated sense of self importance which in itself is an indicator of a lack of self esteem. Some would argue that this lack of humility is this human shield, a protective armour that keeps us in survival mode. It hides us from ourselves as much as from others. It is suggested that we are less likely to listen, adapt, and grow because we remain closed to feedback and self improvement.

Ironically, transparency is the key to be “seen”… The future belongs to the transparent, anti-fluff and no-BS. Love them or hate them, they stick in your mind. Because they "stick", you keep "seeing" them. As we enter an era of deep fakes, it’s challenging to know: …if someone is real (or deep fakes). …if someone is good (or ChatGPT prompted). …if someone is real and good (and have your best interests at heart). Imagine you travel to a foreign land as a tourist. You wanna see the “raw” side of common people's life. So you engage a tour guide. But in order to qualify as the "best guide of the year", they need to tour customers to certain tourism spots. So you end up seeing something nice (but not the one you wanted). When we seek someone: ...the question is not if this expert has an answer. ...the real question is if this expert has an answer that aligns your interests.
