John Ege, CSM, CSPO’s Post

This was the sign outside of our hotel in Prague, and my wife wanted to take a picture because I'm always asking my daughters to 'be a mensch, and...' do something for us or their sibling. My daughter asked ChatGPT what 'being a mensch' meant and it resonated: 'To be a mensch is to be a person of integrity and honor. It's Yiddish for someone who embodies decency, responsibility, and kindness. A mensch is dependable, empathetic, and genuinely cares about others. It's a way of living that commands respect and admiration. Ever met someone who fits this description?'

I told my daughters that the correct answer was me.
