Ever wonder why some Airbnbs consistently command higher prices and remain booked, while others struggle? Let me illustrate with a simple analogy: Imagine a plain, no-name bag of chips. Now, think of Doritos. Everyone knows and loves Doritos, right? Most Airbnbs are like that plain bag of chips—unremarkable and easily overlooked. They don’t stand out or sell at a premium. But if you have a Doritos-level Airbnb, you’re in a different league. Guests are willing to pay extra for a premium experience. They choose your place over others because it offers something unique and exciting. So, if you’re finding the market oversaturated or experiencing the so-called "Airbnb bust," take a closer look at your property. Is it the plain bag of chips, or is it the Doritos that everyone craves? From my extensive study of the market, the top-tier, Doritos-level Airbnbs aren’t the ones complaining. They’re thriving. Ready to transform your property and stand out in the crowd? Let's connect and elevate your Airbnb to premium status!
I had to have a whole house water filter installed. My ‘guy’ who I go to for everything gave me a quote- $1500 . I got a second price at $600 for virtually the same job. Which did I end up picking? Well I talked to my go-to, and he explained how it’d probably end up being less expensive, and how the other quote seemed really low for the work required, and how he’d make sure everything was solid. He’s been amazing every other time I’ve needed him. So in the end, I went with the more expensive option. He’s not competing on price, but on customer service and quality. That’s the name of the game
Your advice has been instrumental in making all of my airbnbs Dorito-level!
