As technologists, it's critical that we continually invest in our own learning and development. I've found that pursuing relevant IBM certifications, like the ones for SevOne, helps keep my skills sharp and exposes me to new concepts that I can apply on the job. While customer projects are always the top priority, I've found that having these "healthy distractions" actually makes me more effective in my day-to-day work. The process of certification provides a structured way to step back from the daily grind, learn something new, and approach problems with a fresh perspective. The Renewed energy and enthusiasm this brings - I've come to cherish a lot. If you're in tech and currently overburdened, please consider blocking some time to pursure certifications. I had the incredible opportunity to attend recent IBM Technology Consulting Alliance Learning Event! at IBM Noida. IBM is one of the companies in the IT industry with a unique combination of Research, Software, and Consulting wings—and all three were on full display at this event, which showcased the strength of the alliance between IBM Consulting and IBM Tech Strategic Partners, offering a comprehensive overview of IBM’s latest innovations and solutions.
