It's no secret that capital distribution is highly concentrated in Venture. Female founders receive ~2% of fund, Underrepresented Founders get ~0.5%. How do we actually move the needle on more equitable funding? If diversity is the problem, I say: tackle it head on. Venture as an asset class should be more accessible to more diverse investors. At Angel School, I'm proud of the diversity in our community. It's a privilege to work with emerging venture investors from around the world, from all walks of life, bringing different skillsets and perspectives...
