Businesses in 2025. Do you run your AI projects idea alongside AI itself? I discussed today with #chatgpt my newest #microsoft agent project for customer experience teams. The reply I got: it could certainly be a great fit for enhancing customer service workflows, especially if you're looking to make it more personalized or adaptive for different teams. And there were few questions: how does Agent pull data from multiple ticketing systems simultaneously, or does it work primarily with one specific system at a time? Does it help with ticket categorization, resolution suggestions, or something else? Guess my next move should be asking github #copilot to build it for me. Welcome to the future.
