It’s a transformative day for Wellvana. We have acquired the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) business from CVS Health. Importantly, we are also inviting their team members aboard. Welcome to Wellvana! Over the past decade, our collective efforts brought hundreds of millions of dollars in savings to Medicare. And with our complementary expertise, the future is even brighter. CVS Health’s MSSP team has created incredible scale while maintaining close relationships and a tight-knit community among its partner physicians and health systems. Meanwhile, Wellvana has focused on going deep, supporting primary care practices through the transition to value-based care on both the clerical and clinical fronts.   Our medical management, called Foundational Care, is driving down medical spending by $3,900 per enrolled patient. Simply giving patients access to nurses, social workers and pharmacists after hospitalizations and between appointments is proving to be transformational. With this new scale, we now reach a million patient lives across 40 states.
