The meaning of intuitive Design, Creation & Manifestation 🌷 There is a special question in your life. If you're asking your life starts to change. It is the point when you start listening to your inner self. Then it could be possible that the door opens to new opportunities and realities. 1st question is: Why I am here? If you start asking this question, your role and your potential will be activated. Your soul starts talking with you. 2nd question is: What is the expression of yourself? What is your soul mission you would like to share with the world? What is the best creative way to express it? If you are ready for an answer, let's start a soul travel together. I made magical experiences in this way. It's starts with one of the highest divine goals: It's trust and you have to listen to your intuition. It is a kind of conscious travel, after living a long life of roles and rules of the others, where you forgot your own way. Even though your intuition has spoken up often enough. It is your inner voice. When was the last time you listen to it? There are first steps to move on: What is behind the person you are, what is she/he doing, what kind of experiences does she/he want to make in her/his life? Find the magic behind and design and create your own life and business way. Your intuition is a divine instrument. It could be a soul language. Let's come and get it! https://lnkd.in/eX9jpJpS

“Balancing the Heart and Brain: A Creative Journey ” Once upon a time, in a land where creativity roamed free, lived two powerful entities: Heart and Brain. Heart was the passionate dreamer, always filled with emotion, inspiration, and boundless imagination. Brain, on the other hand, was the logical thinker, grounded in reality, strategy, and practicality. They often found themselves at odds, with Heart wanting to follow every wild idea and Brain insisting on careful planning. One day, Heart decided to paint a masterpiece that captured the beauty of the universe. Excited, Heart began splashing colors without a second thought. Brain, watching the chaos unfold, couldn’t help but step in. “Heart, slow down! Let’s think this through,” Brain urged. “We need a plan, structure, and balance.” Heart sighed, knowing Brain was right. They decided to work together, blending emotion with logic, passion with reason. Heart brought vibrant colors and bold strokes, while Brain introduced symmetry and harmony. The result? A breathtaking work of art that was both deeply emotional and perfectly balanced. It was a true masterpiece, a testament to the power of collaboration between Heart and Brain. In our own lives, we often face this struggle between following our passions and making practical decisions. But when we find the balance between our heart’s desires and our brain’s wisdom, we create something truly extraordinary. So, next time you’re torn between emotion and logic, remember: the best creations come from a balance of both. Embrace your inner Heart and Brain, and watch the magic unfold. Maintain a Balance Between Mental and Physical Activity Creativity is the result of a harmonious interplay between the mind and body. To stay creative and generate new ideas, it's essential to pay attention to both mental and physical exercises. Regular physical activity stimulates brain activity, improves blood circulation, and enhances oxygen supply to the brain, which in turn increases concentration and creative thinking. An Individual Approach It's important to understand that each person is unique, and what works for one may not work for another. Therefore, it's necessary to experiment and find your ideal balance between mental and physical exercises that will maximally stimulate your creativity. Train Your Body, Develop Your Brand Regular physical exercise will not only help you stay creative but will also positively impact your overall well-being and energy levels. On the other hand, I will assist you in developing your personal brand in the digital space, ensuring that your creative ideas and projects receive the attention and recognition they deserve. Remember, creativity is not just a talent but also the result of constant self-improvement. Maintain a balance between mental and physical activity, and you will be able to reach new heights in your creative endeavors! The Art of Noticing. Rob Walker writes, “Being creative — whether you are an artist, designer, writer, entrepreneur, or engaged in work or play that falls anywhere on the spectrum between those ideas — begins with noticing what others have overlooked. Whether that entails spotting problems that need to be fixed, underrated phenomena that should be celebrated, or hidden-in-plain-sight mysteries that demand explanation, it means tuning out distraction and engaging with the world.” My favorite part of what he wrote was, “Being creative begins with noticing what others have overlooked.” When I became a mother I felt incredibly overlooked and isolated. My entire pregnancy was spent being fawned over, making sure I was okay, doctors checking on me, etc. After I had my daughter it was no longer about my health, my needs, my wants, or my mental health. Even women who aren’t mothers are often overlooked and the ones who take care of everyone else in their lives. My promise with each woman I photograph is that I’m going to bring them into the light. There is no more hiding. There is no more telling yourself that your family comes first and you’ll stay in the shadows. Is it uncomfortable? ABSOLUTELY! Is it necessary for growth? YES! The purpose of my art, my WHY, is to take women through a process where they begin to notice the beauty in themselves that THEY have overlooked. When you find that, you stop searching for it from others. Yes, we still want to be noticed and seen by those that you love, but you don’t NEED it when you find it for yourself. So many of us are drawn to videos of people “noticing” because we walk around feeling incredibly invisible or perceived in ways we don’t want to be perceived. Boudoir, or “intimate portraits” are a way of taking that power back and taking up space. Take up the space. You’re worth being noticed.

It takes a lifetime to find a passion It takes a notification to get distracted from it Here are 5 ways in which we can get work done without getting distracted by our phones - 1. Build a digital detox ritual Schedule a specific time for engaging activities that you really enjoy doing. Make it a consistent part of your week that you look forward to everyday. 2. Go for a walk without your phone Plan nature activities with specific goals, such as bird watching or landscape sketching, to deepen your engagement and reduce phone usage. 3. No-phone social gatherings Host social events where phones are left at the door. Participate in activities like storytelling or group games to keep everyone engaged. 4. Enjoy tangible outputs Enrol in hands-on classes like woodworking, ceramics, or anything that gives you a result immediately. They will keep you occupied and demand full attention and physical presence. 5. Explore real-world challenges Go to new places with only paper maps to encourage real-world interaction and problem-solving. Remember, your phone wasn't built for everyone's convenience. It was built for your convenience. Use it to your advantage, not to your downfall. A big thanks to Colby Kultgen for inspiring this thought

Is Creativity Born or Made? Is genius, the hallmark of creativity, born or made? This has been the question of questions for centuries. For the people that romanticize creativity, genius is born. It is mark you receive at birth that sets you apart from other mortals. For the people who question myths and puts them apart to expose their core, creativity and genius is not a gift. It is the result of hard work. A lot of it. These "genius myth" busters have peered into the lives of the highly creative and have been shocked at the hours these people into their work. The pile of iterations they make to get to their best work is shocking. In her book, Mindset, Prof Carol Dweck underscores this with a question I will paraphrase: Is it the gift that made Mozart or is it because he worked hard till his hands were deformed? Mozart put in many many hours. And his pile of iterations grew from age three to his twenties. That is when he produced masterpieces that made him earn the genius mark. In his book, Originals Adam Grant talks of an experiment happening in a pottery class. The teacher divides the group into two groups: The quality group and the quantity group. The quality group is supposed to present their best pottery at the end of the class. The quantity group is to be graded on the amount of work they bring in at the end of the class. The pottery presented is to be weighed and graded on this basis:50 lbs=A,40 lbs=B,30 lbs=C...you get the drift. At the end of the class, the quantity group presented better work than the quality group. The higher the quantity of work presented the better it was in terms of quality. As for the quality group, they went around theorizing on how high quality work should be. They didn't have a huge pile of iterations. They didn't have the "work like Mozart till your hands are deformed" approach. They depended on inspiration. It failed them. People might be born with a higher ability than average to create in some fields. But that is not what makes them known for their work globally. It is lots of hard work and their huge pile of iterations that does. Genius is made.

The brain is like a sponge. One moment it wants input. The brain needs this in order not to dry out. It wants to soak up everything. Everything that the body can perceive with its senses. The body is the tool, the connection and the boundary to the environment. At a certain point, it has had enough and feels the need to express itself and give something back to the world. Something that others can receive in return. For me, this is the art of being human In my work, I have found that it is important to find a good balance or sometimes to work cyclically between both needs. That is what gives people the feeling of being complete. Example: When my brain is full. Once again, I had 100 ideas and, of course, goals. Inspired by a challenge set by a designer who found me and my location too boring. Here's the result and what can I say: He booked. Take Care, Caro <3

We are all Electric - pure energy, each vibrating at different frequencies. The heart's magnetic field can be measured several feet away from the body. The heart forms and starts beating before our brains begin to develop and before we are born. We all have this breath-taking ability to communicate on levels other than spoken word. In fact, spoken word often gets in the way. Call it intuition, gut-feeling, sixth sense or second-sight, the frequency of our thoughts/feelings are subconsciously picked up by others. It's a fascinating topic and one that gives power to The Brand Within. Can you sense when someone is being 'fake' - trying to be the perfected & polished version they believe we want them to be? It's a burden constantly trying to maintain the image of perfection. Being authentic, though, has numerous benefits for our emotional, mental and social well-being. "The privilege of a lifetime is to become Who you truly are." - Carl Jung. Time to ditch the Personal Brand that gives you the awareness & attention of a micro-celebrity - instead, time to share The Brand Within. Let me know if you need help [email protected]

A close-up of clouds in the sky Santa Fe Winter ©Ivan Barnett, 2025 By listening carefully to you and your story, we dive deep to unearth your world to touch your clients at levels that will give you a competitive edge. I'm not a fan of an artist themselves becoming too self-conscious of “self- branding.” Galleries on the other hand can do this, and when done carefully will elevate your career. We will take deep dives into your persona and find out what makes you tick and create an authentic series of words that best describe you. We will also look at your artistic influences and see how they can be woven into your own true story. This is as much about the how of you as it is “the why.” All artists have an unusual story about their first artistic endeavors as children. I have always been a fan of tapping into this, those early a-hah moments, can be fascinating and will enhance and increase your odds of finding buyers for your work. I will also guide you toward reading materials that will help unlock elements that can be “new material” for subject matter. Even seasoned mature artists have new stories to be told. You never want to be in that shocking place, where, someone says, ”I have one of those,” meaning that, there hasn’t been enough reinvention in your studio works, even if your style of works hasn't changed.
