Gender equality is a value I hold very close, and I am deeply proud to work alongside exceptional women at every level within our organisation. A few key highlights I’m delighted to share at Reward:  - we now over-index on women at 38% of our workforce vs industry average of 29% for tech - we recently achieved gender pay-gap parity, with women now holding a slight positive pay gap (+2%) vs industry of -13% - 17/40 of our most senior leaders are women, higher than UK averages And this week we warmly welcomed Sophie Goldschmidt as our first female Non-Executive Board Member. Tomorrow is International Women’s Day (#IWD), and we’re taking a moment to celebrate the incredible women at Reward and the invaluable contributions they make to our business. This year’s theme, #AccelerateAction, is a call to push progress forward – and we’re committed to leading by example. While there’s still work to be done, especially in the tech industry, we’re proud of the strides we’ve made: ➡️ Women represent 43% of leadership roles at Reward, compared to the industry average of 35% ➡️ 39% of our tech team are women, well above the industry average of 29%. We take this responsibility seriously, and while we’re proud of the progress so far, we continue to take action and drive change. We firmly believe that diversity and equality aren’t just values – they’re essential to building a successful business.
