In this paper, we proposes an energy management system for series hybrid electric vehicles, which uses the S-shaped function to achieve power distribution between internal combustion engine and hybrid energy storages, optimizes the utilization rate of supercapacitors, reduces fuel consumption and reduces battery current stress. This method not only improves the energy efficiency of the system, but also simplifies the control logic. The application of meta-heuristic optimization methods provides an effective tool for parameter adjustment of the S-shaped function, ensuring optimal performance under different driving conditions and adapting to complex driving environments.
