Losing the talent war, losing the war for capital, losing the war for good investment opportunities means you lose as a GP. So you really do need to have a strategy that encapsulates winning in all of these areas. And going forward, that's going to be more challenging, I'm going to argue, than it was in the past. Now, what a shock that a strategy consultant would say that you need a clear strategy to win in order to succeed. I know. But in this case it's truer than ever.
