I just read a great article from MIT Sloan Management Review about the top hybrid work trends for 2025 – and I must say, I was beaming throughout the read! Here are the five trends shaping the year ahead: 1️⃣ Flexibility is a talent magnet. Companies with rigid return-to-office policies are losing top performers to those offering #hybrid options. 2️⃣ Success is measured by results, not attendance. Leading organizations focus more on outcomes, and less on hours in the office. 3️⃣ Core hours beat office days. Structured #collaboration time and focus time are replacing debates about how many days employees should be in the office. 4️⃣ One-size-fits-all doesn’t work. The best hybrid models are tailored to the unique needs of individual teams. 5️⃣Trust in autonomy. Leaders open to remote work are more likely to embrace tools like AI and trust their teams to innovate regardless of location. These concepts already feel second nature to my team, but it's exciting to see them gaining traction and becoming common practices across the entire workforce. It's just one of the many ways HP has been shaping the new standards for the #FutureOfWork. Check out the full article here: https://lnkd.in/gf5YEbBd
