I have been showcasing the NEW Ipsos CX PersonaBot here in Denmark this afternoon and asked our Demo - Ipsos Express a train company and the "First Class Business person" persona "Busy Betina" to come up with some ideas of how to design a new concept train experience based on the Danish concept of Hygge. Here are her ideas... 🪄 As Busy Betina, the First-Class Executive, the concept of a high-speed rail experience connecting the Nordic countries sounds both exciting and luxurious, especially with the integration of the Danish concept of Hygge. Hygge, which embodies coziness, comfort, and contentment, could be the central theme that differentiates this rail experience and makes it truly unique. Imagine stepping aboard a high-speed train where the interior design reflects the warmth and simplicity associated with Hygge. The carriages could feature soft lighting, natural wood finishes, and plush seating arrangements, creating an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. This environment would be perfect for unwinding or preparing for meetings as I travel through the beautiful Nordic landscapes. To further enhance this experience, the train could offer a selection of locally sourced Nordic delicacies, served in a way that feels like a warm, intimate gathering. Picture enjoying a cup of rich, aromatic Scandinavian coffee or savoring traditional pastries while watching the serene landscapes pass by. Additionally, the service could incorporate elements of Hygge through personalized touches, such as offering blankets and comfortable slippers for a cozy journey. The staff, attentive yet unobtrusive, could provide a welcoming and personable service, making each passenger feel at home. The idea of Hygge could also extend to a digital experience, with an app that offers curated content about the regions being traveled through, allowing passengers to immerse themselves in the culture and history of the Nordic countries. This high-speed rail experience, rooted in the essence of Hygge, would offer a seamless blend of speed, comfort, and cultural immersion, allowing passengers like me to travel in style and tranquility, perfectly complementing my desire for a serene and luxurious journey. I love so many elements of this, and enjoy having AI generate ideas myself. I have to say though, that I don’t think any innovators should be worried for their jobs. These feel quite obvious interpretations of hygge, superficial even. I really don’t want to score points, and yes it’s exciting to be able to turn thoughts into visuals rapidly, I’m just curious whether beyond speed and agility and a finished look, you’re wowed by the underlying insight / results here.
Amazing! I love the Hygge and our new CX PersonatBot. Look forward to its launch in Vietnam market.
Still think it’s missing a fireplace.
Love this 👌 Looking forward to learn more about this super exciting CX Persona Bot and share it with clients in Vietnam

1wIt was a really inspiring talk at the Ipsos-event yesterday Helen! But I have got to be honest with you, it doesn't look like this person wearing what I am assuming is a gas mask is engaging in standard Danish hygge 😂
