One of the biggest pieces of GTM that people just totally miss is meeting your prospects where they are. This is the biggest time waste I see people do. They do social prospecting on LinkedIn to all their prospects. Look at their posts and when you see they do the following: Only like career updates from internal employees Repost case studies Once a month or less. Don't waste your time. This is not the channel for them. Mark it as such in your CRM and remove any LI steps from the cadence for that prospect. You'll claw back at least 4 hours a week for dials. Happy prospecting 🤘
Have to disagree with this. I used to prospect engineers heavily, with most of my pipeline being generated on here, but they’re notorious for “not being active”. I’d argue the majority of my current pipeline has been from seemingly inactive users who just casually open up LinkedIn to scroll and not engage but respond to my outreach
Pitch your tent on the channel they are the most active on. Send your flares to the other ones. To everyone's point, I have seen the non actives come through too.

6moI agree with the overall sentiment here, but I fairly regularly book meetings with people who seems inactive here. There’s an adage when it comes to social engagement - 1% create, 9% engage, the other 90% only consume.
