Reflecting on 16 Years with #Accenture As I celebrate my 16th anniversary with #Accenture this month, I find myself looking back on an incredible journey filled with growth, learning, and countless memorable experiences. When I first joined Accenture, I was eager and ready to dive into the world of IT, but I had no idea just how transformative this journey would be. In the early days, like many of us, I faced challenges that tested my resilience and adaptability. Learning the ropes in a fast-paced environment required a steep learning curve, but with the support of my colleagues and mentors, I quickly found my footing. Those initial challenges became the foundation for my professional growth. Staying away from home for the first time was an experience in itself. Throughout my time at Accenture, I have had the privilege of working on great projects that not only pushed the boundaries of innovation but also allowed me to develop a diverse skill set. From leading teams to collaborating with teams across location, each project has been a stepping stone, contributing to my professional and personal development. Working here has taught me the value of teamwork, perseverance, and strategic thinking. The lessons I've learned over these 16 years are invaluable. I've honed my ability to navigate complex challenges, lead with empathy, and continuously adapt to the ever-evolving industry landscape which are Accenture's core values. Commitment to fostering a culture of learning and development has played a pivotal role in my growth, providing numerous opportunities to upskill and stay ahead of the curve. The company culture at Accenture has been a constant source of inspiration. The collaborative environment, the emphasis on diversity and inclusion, and the spirit of innovation have made this journey not just a career, but a rewarding experience. I've had the pleasure of working with some of the brightest minds and the relationships I've built with colleagues and mentors are something I will deeply cherish lifelong. My journey with Accenture has been nothing short of extraordinary. People often ask me the secret for this and my answer is simple, it’s a great place with great people and greater opportunities, I have cherished every moment I have spent here. Celebrating One Year "A Milestone Year" at Accenture ! Today is the day I joined Accenture in India last year. Reflecting on the past year, I am proud of the progress I have made and the contributions l've been able to offer. This past year has been an incredible journey of personal and professional growth. I've had the privilege to work alongside exceptionally talented colleagues who have not only supported me but also inspired me to push my boundaries and expand my skill set. When your work gets Recognition, it feels immensely good. I received the #SparklingStar #Award by #Avanade and it's a very happy moment for me. I did nothing different just to try to perform given duties and responsibilities with sincerity and dedication, try to never do any delay in task and following all of this, the Magic Automatically happens. The project, in which I received this Award was my #first #D365 #Implementation #Project. Although I am not alone who received the award, my fellow colleagues and some people who became friends, who joined #Accenture along with me also received this same award or other big Awards, I would like to congratulate all of them too. Signing off from #Accenture As I bid farewell on my last working day after completing around 2.5 years in Accenture. I am filled with mixed emotions. It is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to Accenture. This company has given me some wonderful managers to learn from & amazing friends to behold for life. This has been undoubtedly the best start to my corporate career!!. Getting transformed from just a cheerful enthusiastic college graduate into a skilled corporate professional. Accenture has beautifully curved out the way for me. I have had the privilege of collaborating with some of the brightest mind in the industry, each interaction leaving an indelible mark on my professional journey. The Project I’ve been a part of have not only honed my skills but also broadened my  perspective, allowing me to tackle complex problems with confidence and creativity. But beyond the projects and deadlines, it’s the people that have made my time at Accenture truly memorable. From mentors who guided me along the way to colleagues who became friends, I’ve been fortunate to be surrounded by a supportive and inspiring team. Leaving accenture was a difficult choice but as I embark on the next chapter of my career, I carry with me the lessons learnt and the relationships during my time at Accenture. Though I may be signing off from this chapter, the experiences and memories will continue to shape my journey forward. Thank you, Accenture for an incredible ride. Today marks a milestone in my career journey as I celebrate 28 years in Accenture. As I reflect on this journey, i want to share a perspective that has been my guiding light throughout: Always look at the glass half full. Over the years, I've learned that seeing the good in the people and situations can make all the difference. By focusing on the strengths of individuals and the positive aspects of every situation, we can better support each other and bring out the best in each other. After all, we are all made differently and everyone has their unique strengths and qualities. Similar, every company has its flaw and challenges. However, by choosing to see the good in the organisation, we can cultivate a mindset of positivity and resilience. Instead of focusing on the shortcomings, we are empowered to strive for excellence and make meaningful impact.
