Gumloop reposted this
Gumloop went unexpectedly viral last month and our support chat-bot has been getting 14,000 messages/day since i now have GPT analyze all support conversations and report back daily: - it reads every conversation + analyzes user complaints - it emails our team a report about patterns it notices across all chats i read this 'daily support digest' every morning on my walk to work it's has become the best source of product insight we have
Max Brodeur-Urbas does gum loop have a api for creating loops? Like could I use a LLM to create my automations for me, Lovable style?
Going to leave feedback again that I wish you'd do these posts as videos instead of GIFs so I can pause and look at what's going on 🥲
not me looking for the word to comment below to get access 😂
Max Brodeur-Urbas how can we get that blueprint?
Awesome strategy! At my previous company, we found that combining our chatbot's transcripts with transcripts of our actual conversations with customers was the best way to understand what our customers wanted. The ability to turn unstructured data into actionable product insights will be a massive differentiator for companies doing so until it becomes a commodity...
Just tried Gumloop - fantastic! Love the intuitive, easy-to-use approach that makes everything so effortless. Impressed! 🚀
I did leave feedback to Gummie on the UI (specifically my confusion on how to get back to the original flow from a Subflow). Let's see whether it appears in your report ;) Also Gummie itself works pretty well. It did suggest immediatelly that there are buttons on the bottom of the screen for that.
what ticker should we reserve for you guys? $GUM? https://www.nyse.com/form/ticker
When what was thought of as magic a couple of years ago can now be built in a couple of hours by non-tech folks. What a time to be alive! Well done, team!

6dThese gifs are not conveying what exactly is happening. All I can see is some fast execution of something, and suddenly it shows the support conversation summary. It would be better if you post a link what you do, and is there a template on Gumloop to do this, and how people can adapt this if they have customer conversations on different platforms.
