For 2500 years, women have been fighting for their place in democracy, and in our society. Did you know that today, only 10% of Fortune 500 CEOs are women. This stat is a stark reminder that we still have a long way to go to achieve true gender parity in the workforce. This cause is deeply personal to me, especially as I reflect on earning the Industry Leader Award from the Professional Business Women of California. During my speech on stage, I shared these words: "This award is an honor and also a reminder that we have a collective responsibility to continue advocating for more women in technology. Mentoring, supporting, and empowering each other is critical to driving the innovation that will shape a better and brighter future for all." I take this work very seriously, and I believe we all share a collective responsibility to advocate for more women in technology and leadership roles. Let's continue to uplift women's voices, champion diversity, and create opportunities for the next generation of leaders.
