Why Do Men Get Ahead Using a Tool Women Overlook?  In my many years as a coach, I’ve noticed something striking: men are far more likely to invest in business or executive coaching than women.  And here’s the irony—women are already champions of personal growth. They coach others, but don’t get coaching for themselves. So why aren’t more women using coaching to level up professionally?  Two reasons stand out:  1️ Many women don’t see coaching as a strategic tool for success.   2️ They feel asking for help makes them look less capable.  The result? Too many women end up mimicking male leadership styles instead of harnessing their authentic strengths.  And it’s not just personal—it’s collective. When women avoid coaching, it doesn’t just shortchange them. Their teams, families, and communities also miss out on the unique leadership they could bring to the table.  Here’s the truth: It’s like the flight attendant’s directive—you must put on your own oxygen mask first before helping others. Coaching is your oxygen mask. It’s how you lead with clarity, confidence, and authenticity without running on empty.  And let’s face it—men aren’t getting ahead because they work harder. Finally! I am following my heart in my coaching: Empowering women leaders to thrive. I’ve been in a place where I let others influence my path more than I should have. And guess what?
