They took a commercial tower in Andheri East and they took a total of seven floors for their office. They lease this office space for 10 years. This is a mega deal and they need to pay Rs.1,020 crore for this purpose. Provision to increase the rent by 15% every three years They already made a separate agreement for this and a stamp duty of more than Rs.116 crore they invested. HDFC Bank also has the right to use 227 car parking spaces within the tower.
