Wrapping up an incredible week with Emerge Ventures in New York and SF! Huge shoutout to Liad Rubin, Dovi Ollech, and the entire Emerge Ventures team for an amazing trip. Having partners like you in our corner makes all the difference. THANK YOU for introducing us to your partners, friends, and portfolio companies and even taking us to see Steph Curry live! Although we’re not fundraising for Sequence right now (not until the end of the year), we jumped at the opportunity to join Emerge and tap into their incredible US network to meet some top tier VCs as we prepare for raising our Series A toward the end of the year. The week was jam-packed - meeting old friends and new, connecting with some seriously smart investors, and spending time with fellow CEOs and founders. Some highlights and thank you’s: - Great conversations and lots of laughs with inspiring Emerge portfolio company founders and CEOs. I can't include everyone on this list, but shoutout to: Amos, Nagler, Aviad, Roy and David plus Hershko, Alex, Matan, Eyal, Yoav, and Michael (sorry if I missed anyone!) - Amazing to meet some of our US-based Sequence team members! Great to see you Ari, Nick and Tara. Thanks for coming to NYC! Awesome to drop by the Raisin office to meet Greg, Head of B2B, and talk partnership potential - exciting things ahead! Finally got to meet Graeme (our incredible lawyer) in person for the first time—after countless hours on Zoom, nothing beats a proper pancake breakfast together! By the numbers: ✔ 2 amazing dinners ✔ Too many drinks to count ✔ Dozens of meetings ✔ Catching the Knicks lose to Golden State at Madison Square Garden ✔ 36 hours on airplanes (don't ask about my neck...) Most importantly, this trip gave me the chance to zoom out, see the big picture, and refuel for what's ahead. Back in the office now. Time to build, scale, and push Sequence forward.
