Announcing our Series C NZ$82m capital raise today is a fantastic outcome for our customers and team! What started out as a quick internal funding round, eventually ended 12 months later but with two new incredible partners in Axon and W23 Global. Our mission remains the same - connecting communities to stop crime; and this latest raise allows us to continue our work around the world, investing further in product innovation using technology to tackle retail crime, bringing retailers and law enforcement together, and making our communities safer. Great news for our customers and partners as we will continue to invest further into product innovation and customer success to support you and your frontline teams to stay safe. A huge thanks to the whole Axon team for how you showed up and partnered with us, especially Mike Shore, Henrik Kühl, Dave Givler, Brittany Bagley, Craig T., Jeff Kunins, Josh Isner, and Rick Smith. With highly aligned missions I’m excited to see how the partnership continues to support our customers across the world. I appreciated the counsel and ongoing support of Danny Gilligan from Reinventure Group to co-lead this round with new capital 9 years after his first investment in us. It’s also great validation of the work we are doing when the biggest retailers in the world want to invest and help shape the future - thanks to Ingrid Maes and Shelley Zeaiter for the support. Crime in retail locations is over $180B a year. Its impact on front line workers, communities and more serious organised crime is immense. Together with retailers and police, we continue to make a big impact - but there is lots to do and we are just getting started. Onwards and upwards!

A: NOTICE TO CREDITORS For those that may not know, a "Notice to Creditors" is a legal document sent potential creditors to inform them that a person has passed away and that their claims against the deceased’s estate must be submitted within a specified period (60-120 days depending on the county). This notice is part of the probate process and ensures that all outstanding debts are addressed before the estate is distributed. Having a process in place to ensure these letters are arriving to the correct department is an amazing first step to building a better estate process. 🚨 Busy Week ... Good News and Bad News! 🚨 Last week was a whirlwind 🌪️, full of big wins and, well... a little mishap 😅. Here's the breakdown👇: Good News: ✔️ We're gearing up for our capital raise on The Alcove, a 372-unit MF development just outside Spring, Texas 🏗️. ✔️ Super productive negotiations on a loan modification for one of our distressed assets—huge progress there 💼. ✔️ After FIVE long months (yes, five!!), we finally got SBA approval for equipment financing on three of our Clean Car Wash developments 🚗💧. ✔️ Attended two amazing family office events, learned so much about their investment interests, and got a clearer picture of the returns they’re eyeing 👏. ✔️ The Fed dropped interest rates by 50 bps, and now Prime is down to 8% 📉. ✔️ On a personal note, my wife’s golf team CRUSHED it 🏌️♀️, winning an award at their Annual Queen’s Quest fundraising tournament 🏆. ✔️ Oh, and I’m gearing up for a trip to see my middle daughter overseas ✈️—I haven’t seen her in months and can't wait! Now, for the bad news... 😬 Last Thursday, while working out at the gym 💪, disaster struck. I headed for a bathroom break 🚹 and, in what felt like slow motion, my left 🍎 AirPod fell out of my ear, right into the 🚽. Before I could react, it was gone—flushed away to the sewage plant in a tragic, one-second nightmare 😱. I was involved in a deal awhile ago with two partners. We ultimately lost this deal and it’s a shame that one of the other partners has to lie about why the deal was lost to push the blame onto other people. He claims the earnest money couldn’t be raised which is not true. The property was never under contract. Since the property was never under contract with a PSA in place (purchase and sale agreement) there was never a need to raise earnest money or open escrow. When the LOI was submitted he had expressed that the earnest money would go hard (meaning non-refundable) after 10 days. He was learning the business at this time and fairly new to multifamily. When we were preparing the PSA (purchase and sale agreement) the attorney for the other partner recommended changing this to provide more time for us to complete the due diligence on the asset. The seller didn’t like the change in terms between the LOI (letter of intent) and PSA and so he pulled the deal from us. Unfortunately this other partner has fabricated a story placing the blame on others rather than simply telling the truth - Always learning - Obviously, the other partner in the deal and myself have distanced ourselves from him and want nothing to do with him. If he’s dishonest about this - can he be trusted as a general partner / co-GP on future deals. ??? I believe in situations like this a person’s “true colors” come out. The other partner involved and I are collaborating on things and have continued working together - on bootcamps, workshops and now discussions about a fund. Separate yourself from others that are less than credible We learn from our mistakes, misfortunes and the actions of others. The offering comprised 8,625,000 units priced at $10.00 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds of $86,250,000, including the full exercise of the underwriter’s over-allotment option.
