Hi, my name's Eye and my name is Elia. As the year comes to a close, we're taking a moment to reflect on all we've accomplished together here at verse 24. We kicked off the year with an ambitious goal. Two major milestone projects to be delivered, Custom Objects, which unlocks new levels of data, personalisation, precision and campaigns, and our generative AI Assistant, first phase of our exciting and adventurous AI road map. But we didn't stop there. Our team also made some big enhancements to the e-mail editor, such as new snippets and templates. The ability to add background images and global styling which allows users to edit their whole template in bulk, saving time and increasing efficiency. As well as some huge improvements to our non human interaction filtering in showing only genuine lead escalations are made and making reporting more impactful. Enhancements to journeys were included in our changes as we now provide journey templates and improve our decision component, expanding the possibilities of what can be achieved using the Journey Builder. But it's not limited to the we achieved so much more. Every feature we released, it was designed to make your marketing efforts smarter, faster and more impactful. In addition to all of these great feature enhancements, we've dedicated a significant amount of time to focus on architectural foundation work, ensuring that we continuously provide improvements to speed and efficiency. We also work closely with our new beta tester program, an opportunity for Force 24 users to be even more involved with how we build the product and give feedback on product features. Next year, we're going to continue this and make it even better. Furthermore. We've achieved an upgrade to our ISO 27,000 and ONE accreditation, so the most current standard. This is a huge accolade and gives you assurance that the environment you're working in is secure. And the best part? There is so much more to come. Stay tuned for what's next and here's to another year of growth, collaboration and success. Merry Christmas from 4:24.
