The EU can boost #coopbanks’ enabling role, by providing: ➡️ A consistent, stable policy framework with the right incentives. ➡️ Simple frameworks with reduced red tape, methods to measure transition, practicable for both farmers and bankers. ➡️ Blended finance and stronger public-private collaboration to scale up investment.
