On a nostalgic note, Does anyone else miss #YahooMessenger? Yes / No - Why or Why not? It's been almost 8 years since it disappeared from Trader and Broker desktops from around the world. Time Flies and needs change. It was replaced with a Myriad of Chat platforms all with their own Pro's and Con's. Some easy to use, some great on mobile and some allowing easy access to the data you send and receive. Albeit at a price! ipushpull 🚀 we can help you utilize and enrich this Chat data. Whether you want to have your data or service accessible via Chat platforms, price markets quickly, bring Structure to these messy data sets, or automate manual tasks and stop double keying. + a few things! Feel free to message me or leave a comment. Check out our Podcasts covering many of these subjects https://lnkd.in/eGi4vp3v Please download our Chat Strategy report https://lnkd.in/ets6uW-d

Do you have a massive investor list? Do you need to filter it quickly based on some criteria? Are your criteria ultra-specific to your business? Do Crunchbase and Pitchbook not tailor to those criteria? DO NOT give the list to an intern. DO NOT do the process manually. DO NOT waste time playing with filters on Crunchbase, Pitchbook,.etc.. Just download your list, attach it to ChatGPT, and use this prompt template. You can add ANY criteria of your dreams into "Criteria for Filtering". Here is me using the prompt in action: https://lnkd.in/df_fK2fx You are most welcome.

What is the future of bank transformations? The latest episode of my podcast Money Majlis tackles this subject in some detail. In this technology-special episode, I am in discussion with John Duigenan, the General Manager - Global Financial Services Industry at IBM. What do banks get wrong in transformation programs? Is hyper-personalization the future of customer service? What technologies will impact the banking industry most profoundly in the next decade? And why do most banks work in silos? In an interesting conversation with me in New York, John explains why he still writes code, how he practices servant leadership and how scuba diving has taught him to be calm. One of my favourite lines in this discussion "Customer experience, in my mind, is more than simply knowing who I am, it's knowing what I'm trying to do contextually. So where I am, where am I, who am I with, what might I need, and how to offer that to me in a way that's relevant and channel-appropriate, how to make a decision about that instantly, how to fulfill that instantly. In other words, remove all of the friction.” Banks are seated with so much data and doing almost nothing with it and wondering why less and less people want to interact with them.. Dead data?

🎙️ Bridging Digital Divides: Introducing The Digital Majority Report Business, innovation, and policy intersect in ways that shape our lives—often unnoticed until they affect us directly. That’s why we are launching The Digital Majority Report, a weekly deep dive into the complex dynamics between corporate strategies, advancements in technology, and personal freedoms. Consistent with our ethos – We Connect the Dots so You Connect the World – we bridge the understanding gap between specialists in tech, business, and policy to explore: • How automation and AI increasingly place systems over human value • How policy and business decisions redefine personal freedoms • How unseen, systemic changes ripple through families and communities 🚨 This Week’s Extra-Special Bombshell Episode: Trump’s Dreamers Dilemma and the Plot Twist in United Assassin’s Case We're uncovering: • How automation in immigration systems risks turning people into mere numbers • How one insurance claim and policy-driven tech failures shattered two families Our Core Principle: We combine human insight with AI-driven frameworks to reveal hidden narratives. Using the Marginal-Minority-Majority lens, we highlight the human cost of decisions made by governments, corporations, and technology leaders. The Big Question: How are AI automation, business moves, and government policies quietly reshaping our most basic freedoms? Six months ago, on a random Saturday morning, a lightbulb moment struck that besides publishing weekly legal articles, perhaps we should also launch bi-weekly podcasts, specifically tailored for busy professionals, C-suite executives, directors, and general counsels, who are constantly on the move, as they might prefer absorbing the latest legal trends and insights more passively, whether while commuting, driving, exercising on a treadmill, or winding down after a long day. With this inspiration, Halim Hong & Quek, a member firm of Andersen Global launched our Legal Insight Podcast, and the rest is simply history. Today, we are releasing episode 11, our first double-digit episode! Looking back, it all began with a rough idea and a "can do, keep pushing" attitude. This milestone is more than just an achievement for the Technology Practice Group, but it is a significant step forward for the firm as a whole. We are continually challenging the status quo of professional legal services, pushing traditional boundaries, and exploring what’s possible in transforming legal services on both a local and global stage. None of this would be possible without the endless support from Khai Yi Lo and our BD Director, Zach Shaw. I am reminded many times that when you find a good project and good people to work with, bet heavily. In this episode, Zach Shaw, Khai Yi Lo, and I delve into the EU AI Act, offering a clear understanding of what the Act entails, its scope, and, crucially, how it impacts companies operating outside the EU due to its broad and meticulously drafted extraterritorial scope. Khai Yi Lo and I also explore the distinction between AI Systems and General-Purpose AI Models, as varying compliance obligations directly arise from their categorisation. This episode is especially relevant if your organisation is deploying, developing, operating, or distributing AI in any capacity. Personally, I’m actually pretty impressed with how much information we have managed to pack into this 20-minute episode, and I trust you’ll find it equally insightful! Link to Episode 11:
