Happy 3rd birthday to the Data Integrity team at Profectus Group! Three years ago I was thrown into a new role with a mandate of centralising & standardising our data ingestion, our engineering staff were put under my responsibility and we began the long process of figuring out how we worked, what our identity was and how we operated within the business. Now that all that has been sorted out we're able to look at the larger challenges which will serve the data needs of Profectus staff & clients in the years to come. The demand for data only seems to increase faster as you get better at delivering it - something that is echoed by many other data management professionals I've spoken to - so there will be no shortage of projects & products to prioritise! #DataManagement #DataEngineering
