France has so much to learn from Estonia ! I had the honor of being invited to Tallin last week by Trade with Estonia to discover and speak to the Estonian tech innovation ecosystem. Estonia has an impressive ratio of Unicorns, and you know most of them: Skype, Playtech, Bolt, Pipedrive, Zego, ID.me, Gelato, Veriff... 👏 Did you also know that their identity card is also their health card? And their bank card? And their transport card? Their decentralized system protects their data. On top of this, their public service integrates #AI to be preventive and anticipate your #health, #education etc and make recommendations. Even if you live on the edge of nature, you can access all government services in just a few minutes. I was lucky enough to take part in a round table discussion on the subject with Rasmus Udde (Sunly), Damien (FLOA) and my colleagues Margaux Boullier, head of the Procurement Program and our Innovation Club, and Heïdi Sen, Head of European affairs in Bpifrance. Bpifrance Le Hub support corporates in their innovation challenges through scoutings and our support with peers and experts. Innovation is stimulated by our acculturation work through events such as "Tech Up", mappings such as Impact, and our Corporates Clubs. We also create link and work with all the tech ecosytem : consulting firms, insitutionals, Innovation Club, associations etc to encourage and promote collaborations.
