More than 70% of payers and providers foresee GenAI making the most significant impact on health outcomes and member experiences according to a survey of executive-level leaders at 350 provider and payer organizations. However, despite this acknowledgment, only 20% of payers and providers currently integrate a vision for GenAI into their investment decisions. This suggests that while there's growing awareness of GenAI's potential, a majority of payers and providers have yet to take decisive action.
