India's EV revolution is definitely gaining momentum, but we can really shift into overdrive if we have the right policies in place. FAME II has been a great start, but there's still so much we can do to unlock the full potential of this sector. At Raptee.HV, we're building India's first high-voltage motorcycle – something we're incredibly proud of. It's all about performance, innovation and pushing the boundaries. But for the entire EV ecosystem to thrive, we need a little more support. Here's a wish list of sorts - Charging infrastructure. Range anxiety is a real concern for EV owners. We need to expand the charging network rapidly, especially with fast chargers. The government's focus on interoperable charging is a step in the right direction, but we need to go further. Imagine a world where charging is as seamless as refueling – that's the goal! - We need a strong local battery manufacturing industry. Relying heavily on imports can be risky and expensive. Incentives like the PLI Scheme are a good start, but we need to continue boosting local production. It's about building a stable supply chain and making EVs more affordable for everyone. - Let's unleash the power of Indian innovation! Our country is brimming with talented engineers and researchers. We need to encourage more R&D in areas like advanced batteries, high-performance motors, and developing our own unique EV components. When the government, industry and consumers work together, the possibilities are endless. We at Raptee.HV are committed to building not just a motorcycle, but a vision of clean, sustainable mobility for India and the world. We're excited about the road ahead and can't wait to share more updates as we #TimeToBeMore. Let's build the future of mobility together! #EV #DeepTech #TimeToBeMore ChargeZone Kartikey Hariyani
Dinesh Arjun.HV Thanks for sharing your thoughts. While interacting with the academicians we are seeing increased interest in 'integrating course on EV' into their curriculum. You mentioned about talent. Do you think there is a gap in the required skills you get fresh from colleges that could be addressed by the approach i mentioned above?
With President Trump's decision on revoking the EV mandate, what's your thoughts on it's effect in India and EV industry as a whole?
Unexpected surprise! Would love to take a test drive too :)

Congrats Dinesh!.. Pl connect
Great to see Raptee moving ahead with a high end bike. Let it be a platform and not just a singular high voltage bike. Raptee definitely can build a big eV portfolio by tweaking down a bit here and there to make the eV affordable by not so economically strong population.
Great to see bikes charging at CCS2 stations. It's true that we need structural innovations like this to survive and thrive in this industry. Kudos to you to take the bold step. Happy to help you in this journey.
This is exactly the kind of vision India needs to accelerate its EV revolution. Expanding charging infrastructure and strengthening local battery production will be game-changers. Wishing Raptee.HV great success in driving innovation forward :) :)

1wCharging Infrastructure is becoming less of a problem now, Dinesh. When I moved to India, there were 1657 public chargers. In just three years, there are 10x that many now. And more getting commissioned by the day. Charger reliability, though, is still a problem to solve. Hence our focus on it.
