The past year has been a whirlwind, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have been part of Mews, the #1 rated property management system by HotelTechReport.com. As I take the next step in my career, I want to share that I have officially resigned from Mews to continue moving forward in this amazing industry. Working with such a dynamic and forward-thinking company has been a wonderful experience, and I will always be a fan. In my time at Mews, I flew thousands of miles to “spread the good Mews”, introducing the brand to the Midwest—a region that truly embodies hospitality at its finest. Meeting so many incredible hoteliers and seeing firsthand their passion for exceptional guest experiences was a highlight of my journey. A huge thank you to Richard Valtr and Matthijs Welle - your background in hospitality shines through in the incredible product you’ve built. Your passion for innovation in this space is truly inspiring. To David Steerenberg and Davin Fan, I deeply appreciate the trust you placed in me when you hired me, and to Yvonne Williamson, thank you for being a stellar recruiter and bringing me into the Mews family. To the hoteliers I’ve had the privilege of working with, I know you’ll be in great hands with my fantastic colleagues on the mid-market team—Berenice Lopez, Carson Foerster and Lyse Perrigo—who will continue to provide outstanding support and expertise. I’ve loved being in the market, meeting inspiring people, and planting the seeds that will undoubtedly bear fruit 🍎 in the future. And while my heart has led me in a new direction, I will always be cheering Mews on and will be sure to continue recommending them to the incredible hoteliers I work with. 📣 Most importantly, I am beyond grateful for the friendships I’ve made along the way—many of which will be everlasting.
