I'm a startup co-founder, and i'm constantly amazed by the dynamism and drive of today's workforce (even the interns). However, I've lately noticed a trend that's as surprising as it is concerning – the growing impatience among employees. In the fast-paced startup operations, it's important for every team member to understand their responsibilities and commit to them. Yet, I've seen instances where the allure of the next big thing leads to abrupt exits - it sometimes leaves me thinking what went wrong OR maybe, it happened for the better because the exited one never belonged!!
