During a significant meeting, his mentor, Prakash Seshadri, spoke about the spiritual side of leadership. This experience led Kumar to realize that his role extended far beyond operations. It was about providing employment, impacting lives, and fostering a sense of family within the company. Under his stewardship, Dexian India has grown to support over 1,500 employees, indirectly touching the lives of nearly 6,000 individuals as part of our extended Dexian family. "I've never asked my boss about my salary. For me, leadership is about the people we serve, not the perks we receive." Kumar Rajagopalan candidly shares.
