Still buzzing from yesterday's Tidemark Collective session on Selling to and Through Private Equity! Reaffirmed that Private Equity could be one of the most significant forces shaping the industries that vertical SaaS serves. I was also blown away by the depth of approaches to Private Equity across marketing, sales, onboarding, product marketing, product, and data. Biggest takeaway: PE isn’t just a channel—it’s a comprehensive business unit when done right. Huge thanks to Ryan Davis, CEO of CINC, for leading the discussion, and to current/ prior portcos- CCC Intelligent Solutions, Karbon, ServiceTitan, Toast—and several “Friends of Tidemark.” Killer group! Really excited about the community we brought together on this important topic!
Would’ve loved to have been a fly on the wall in that one!
Is there a recording?
I hope others enjoyed the discussion as much as I did. Thanks for having me, David Yuan.
This session looks great, Dave -- and it's a topic I know Aharon Chernin & Charles Tomeo have spent a lot of time thinking about at Rewst as they're enabling many PE-backed MSPs to significantly reduce their costs and drive more revenue through automation!
David Yuan Our team found the meeting highly valuable with many actionable takeaways! Thank you!!
Building strong connections with Private Equity partners creates incredible opportunities for sustainable growth and industry transformation.
