Hey, just wanted to make this quick video to highlight how United States Sports Academy is using all those tools to personalize the experience for every prospective student. There's a lot of pathways that students go to explore website. And so forsake of this conversation, let's pretend I come to the site and I want to know what are the admissions requirements? Now, the first thing that USA has done here in this example is they've upgraded their site search to haul this AI search. This is a lot better than chat because First off, there's no configuration required. We'll take the live content from your website and then summarizing it using AI to provide an instant answer specifically to what they're searching for. But we don't stop there. The good news is we also take that intent. Here's a person wondering about admissions requirements, and we look forward to look for opportunities to say it. Does this relate to one of the conversion? Experiences we have, is there an AI format should pull in here? And in this case, there is. So maybe I start filling out the form right here. And let's even pretend like I stopped partway and like, OK, you know what? I'm not quite ready yet. I'm gonna go here and I'm gonna just read more about admissions requirements. So you'll notice that as I navigate to new parts of the site, all the stays with me. I'm right here now saying, hey, remember this? Need help planning for school? Let's continue on that form. You're filling out. But let's imagine ignore that and say you know what? Before I do anything else, I really need to know about costs and financial aid. So I come here. Now notice all this stayed with me, but now there's a 2 down here. There's a 2 and that's because now in addition to the first AI form that was recommended to me based on my search behavior, now based on my browsing behavior, there's a second one saying, hey, you know what? There's a lot of info on the page about tuition financially, but you can get personalized answers by taking this assessment. And so now here's another assessment that we could take to get personalized answers to take me from how people pay to school, pay for school, to how I might pay for school. So it's really cool based on searching, based on browsing, based on what I might volunteer in one of these assessments. We dynamically recommend content and if you know anything about Halda, our bread and butter is as soon as you fill out one of these forms, you'll get instant personalized answer that calculates a potential scholarship amount or recommends a program or doesn't it fit assessment. So that stays true. But now we're able to just really tailor the journey for each student. So this is just a small peek into some of the new stuff we're building and we're really excited about how it makes it possible now to segment down to the individual. And truly personalize their journey. Hopefully this helps, thanks for watching.

Hey Dharmesh Shah. Thanks for Agent.ai; it's a nifty tool to test out agent ideas. One of the key concepts is to also *compose* Agents using already existing ones. I've just started exploring the tool and found that several great Agents written by you and others are not available in the Invoke Agent section of Add Action > Advanced flow. Any specific reason for this? Had some ideas to compose an Agent using Earnings Call Analyzer, Competitor Analyzer and others, but these are unavailable. Thanks once again for a great idea and product.

When can you legitimately say you are the leader in your industry in some specific area? Not sure. "IAMHOA is the leader in the use of AI in Community Association Management in Utah." Not sure if that's 100% true, but here's why I believe it is. IAMHOA has a phone number that homeowners can text at any time with questions, requests, or to file complaints. We also have a chat bot on our website that uses the same technology. At 7 am this morning for example, a homeowner texted AVA (one of our AI solutions) telling her that their dumpster is overflowing. AVA put in a work order which the manager would see the moment they log into their computer. That's using technology from STAN AI. Thanks guys! We just signed a contract with HOAi to implement their solution which is integrated with our software, Vantaca. HOAi is another extremely powerful tool! With it, our managers will be able to create budgets for communities in less than 2 minutes, using actual historical data for the community. This increases accuracy and efficiency. There's so much more that these tools can do, and it's only going to grow and improve! The more efficient we get, the more we can focus on the human element of service. In a world where human interaction is constantly being reduced, world class customer service is going to be all the more impactful! So, because IAMHOA is leveraging AI technology from both Stan AND HOAi, I believe we are the leader in AI adoption in our industry here in Utah. This is one of the many things that continues to differentiate us from our competitors.

When you have unattended assets for sale, like vehicles on a forecourt, real estate with for sale signs, even boats in a marina you can engage with interested passers by hands free by sending them to a messaging service where your AI agent is waiting to engage with them.
