Lilibeth brings over 10 years of experience in transforming complex challenges into intuitive, high-impact solutions for startups and global brands like Nike and AbbVie. Her expertise in product strategy, business design, UX/UI, and interaction design ensures that innovation is not only effective but also user-friendly. A recognized thought leader, she has shared her insights at Columbia University, University of California, Berkeley, Salisbury University, and organizations like Figma, Freepik, Docusign, and Design Matters DK. Now based in Barcelona, she is currently pursuing a Master’s in Design Business at Elisava School of Design and Engineering, further strengthening her approach to human-centered innovation. At ctcHealth, Lilibeth will focus on integrating AI-driven solutions into healthcare and pharma, ensuring they are not just powerful—but also practical, intuitive, and impactful.
