In December, a cohort of registered nurses participating in our Mountain Region's New Graduate RN Residency Program took part in a matching ceremony, and we're honored to welcome some of those new nurses to our hospital and community! CommonSpirit's New Graduate RN Residency Program uses an innovative, evidence-based curriculum during a 12-month program focused on three areas critical to new nurse success: leadership, patient outcomes, and professional role.
