Day 23 of the Ikigai Challenge: How does your expertise contribute to the team or organization, and how can you enhance this contribution? Focusing on the life and business coaching without applying the MAP4Life methodology, it is me, myself and I. And the leading of Holy Spirit of course. I do have coaches myself, as well as several men that stand with me. At this point there is no need to change. My main focus is unlocking the potential inside someone who is willing to change and wants to achieve their Ikigai/purpose. I believe that if one changes and creates the right habits from a personal perspective; the business will also begin to change for the better. From a business perspective, I simply glean from 40 years of working for corporates and running several businesses, and then probably the most important book that speaks volumes about leadership, relationships, management, etc is the Bible.   From a MAP4Life perspective, there are 100’s of coaches world-wide currently, and we are busy with a recruitment drive to get more coaches on board as we have a goal to MAP the world by 2027. Success is rarely accidental. It's the result of thoughtful decisions and deliberate positioning—but I understand that strategic thinking isn’t always easy. In the early days of our start-up and as founders, our most intentional move was establishing our office near Pfizer—our largest and only client at the time. This wasn't just a convenience (we lived in NYC!); it was a strategic choice. Being nearby helped us build a deeper partnership with them, moving beyond a standard service-provider role. The credibility and success we built with Pfizer were invaluable in opening doors with other Pharma and biotech companies, but this path took commitment and careful planning. We also kept a close eye on industry trends and learned from our competitors. When necessary, we brought in fractional leaders to guide us through specific challenges. Every decision was made with a long-term vision, and that mindset helped us grow sustainably. For founders and executives today, growth is rarely a straight path. It takes intention, insight, and the courage to act with the future in mind.
