'Japan's gender gap in the IT world is drastic. I want to call to all the men here, there is a lot we have to do to help close this gap. It is our problem as well. Getting more women in Japan to be represented in all spaces - in politics, in business, in leadership roles - is only going to make this country so much stronger.' Kani Munidasa - Co-Founder and CEO, Code Chrysalis - was a guest speaker at TUJ Talks hosted by Temple University Japan on November 7th. He shared his experience on starting business in Japan and the importance of taking risk. Thanks for posting, Code Chrysalis. (opinion) As I said before, climate change is also about EDI (equity, diversity, inclusiveness) change, both from the bottom and top of the “pyramid”. Change the beliefs and values, “version 1.0” please. In short.
