Saluda Medical has closed a significant $100 million financing round to bolster its innovative closed-loop, dose-control neuromodulation platform. Rowe Price Associates. Additionally, new investor Piper Heartland Healthcare Capital has joined this round. Based in Minneapolis, Saluda Medical is strategically allocating these funds to propel the commercialization of its Evoke neuromodulation system, marking a milestone as the first commercial application of its exclusive neuromodulation platform. Integris Health raises primary capital ahead of planned IPO: Medical devices company Integris Health has raised primary capital from a consortium of prominent investors, including Mukul Agarwal and India SME Fund. The company is backed by Everstone Capital. The proceeds will be used for expansion into multiple therapeutic areas, such as in-vitro diagnostics and laboratory solutions, through strategic acquisitions and in-house product development initiatives, Integris Health said in a press release. In 2024, the company appointed Probir Das as CEO to lead its growth strategy. The company intends to list publicly by the end of 2025 and has commenced IPO preparations. Founded in 2008 by Gurmit Singh Chugh, Integris Health is a medical devices company with a presence in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular, and vascular surgery therapy areas. It is a fully integrated company with an end-to-end presence in product development, manufacturing, and sales and distribution, with manufacturing facilities in Germany, the Netherlands, and India, and a sales presence in over 50 markets. Swedish healthtech company secures $4.5 million to advance non-invasive cardiac care Helsingborg-based Acorai, a pioneer in non-invasive heart failure management devices, has raised $4.5 million in funding from the European Innovation Council (EIC) Fund, Taiwan Medical University, and private investors. The funding will support the completion of the company’s CAPTURE-HF clinical study, which enrolled over 1,600 patients across 20 hospitals in six countries, and aid in regulatory submissions in the U.S. and Europe. Irish medtech spin-out LaNua Medical has secured €6m in seed funding to advance its innovative embolisation device 'Ecore,' which aims to modernize procedures, improve safety, and enable new clinical applications.
